Small Talk- English Language Institute was established in 2003, with the vision to make learning English accessible to anyone, at anytime. At Small Talk, we emphasise on interactive communication and personal expression. Students are encouraged to listen, and “learn as they speak” with our integrated learning modules and can actually feel their confidence levels rise as they begin to interact with others in their respective walks of life.
